The owayo offer includes any design from our collection, produced in the colours of your choice. You can select any colour combinations free of charge. In addition, you can also add player numbers, sponsor logos, club emblems, individual names, team names, etc ...all at no extra cost. The logos and texts can of course be in any colour you would like.

shipping flat fee
The only fee that applies to every order is the shipping flat fee. It covers expenses for packing and shipping of your order and is dependent on the shipping address. Please refer to our price list for actual fees. Shipping costs might be higher for express orders. You will be notified about the actual costs when releasing your order for production.


c.o.d. flat fee
The c.o.d. flat rate only applies if you choose to pay by cash on delivery. Please refer to our price lists for the actual fee.


minimum order flat fee
The minimum order flat fee applies to all initial orders of less than 10 pieces. It applies to every order type (product) respectively. If you order 7 jerseys and 7 cover pants the fee will apply twice.


variation flat fee
The variation fee applies to partial orders (of less than 10 pieces) with product features variant to those of the main order. If you order 10 shortsleeve tops and 2 longsleeve tops the variation fee applies to the longsleeve tops.

reorder flat fee
The reorder flat fee applies to reorders of less than 10 pieces. It is best to accumulate as many items as possible for reorders to better distribute these surcharges.


special design flat fee
The special design flat fee applies to a design that you created from scratch. These designs require special attention at all levels of production. The special design fee covers our fixed costs. We charge EUR 150.00 at the most. You will be notified about such a cost before we start production. THE SPECIAL DESIGN FEE DOES NOT APPLY if you choose one of our standard designs in which we adjust to have your team colours, logos and texts.


logo reproduction flat fee
This fee applies rarely. It is charged for the reproduction of logos that are of insufficient quality and are requested to be replicated. Small revisions like the adjusting the logo colours to shirt colours are included in our base price. If you send us your logo we will check if it is of sufficient quality.

Standard delivery is approximately 3-4 weeks from the time your control design is released.


We do also offer faster express production through additional surcharges (15%-50%). Express production may only be possible depending upon current capacity levels. Please inquire for current availabilities.

Yes, you can reorder your product at any time, there is no time restriction. Since each order is set up new and made specifically for you, we can fulfil small or large orders per your request; even years down the road. This service is epesically interesting for clubs and teams who routinely become new members.

1. Download an owayo order form and send us via fax/mail, or simply let us know which design you are interested in via the Design Configurator.


2. We will then send you a design layout (control design) for approval, along with a list of players, numbers, and sizes to confirm as well as a payment information.


3. Please then check the control design. Upon your approval you will release the order to production and make neccessary payment.


4. We will only begin the production of the order after receiving your written approval/authorization.

1. Download an owayo order form and send us via fax/mail, or simply let us know which design you are interested in via the Design Configurator. We need the following information:
Jerseys and shorts: Number of jerseys and shorts, design, colours, features (number on back, number on sleeves, player name, etc.), sponsors and logos, sizes.
Customer info: name of customer, name of contact person, mailing address, billing address.


2. Having received your order, we will send you a control design via email with a list of numbers, names, and sizes. On the control design you can examine your jersey with names, numbers and sponsors. Please allow about 1-3 days for the preparation of the design.


3. Please check the design confirmation for colours, spelling mistakes, size and position of the sponsors etc. Upon your approval you will release the order to production and make neccessary payment.


4. We will only begin the production of the order after receiving your written approval/authorization. Production of your order takes about 4 weeks. Available payment methods are via cheque (UK clients only), bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

All of our products have owayo manufacturing logos on them. These manufacturing logos are fixed components of the products and we do not extend any discount for their presence. These differ from the owayo sponsoring logos.


owayo sponsoring logos are much larger and enable you to reduce the price of your purchase. If you would like to have all owayo logos removed, this is possible for an additional price of +3.50 GBP per shirt. Our team will be happy to advise you if one of our logos is the way of your unique design. In some cases, we will also move our logo slightly to adjust to the design.

Ordering one (1) single jersey is possible, yet quite expensive. For orders of less than 10 items, there is a surcharge of +70 EUR; with the cost of the jersey and shipping the total for a single shirt would then be around 125 EUR.


Our offer is therefore generally geared towards teams and clubs. Although we would like to make single shirt orders possible, we have to cover our costs of production.
