What classifies a 'Special Design'?
A 'Special Design' is one created entirely by the customer, with unique elements and graphics not seen on any of our owayo design templates. 'Special Designs' will incur an initial fee (set-up) for the first order only. This fee may typically be between 50 € and 200€ depending on the complexity of the design.
How to order a 'Special Design'
Simply send us your unique design via photo, sketch, graphic layout, or actual jersey to show us what you have in mind. We will then translate this onto an owayo layout for your viewing and approval.
Our experienced design team is available for any questions you might have. Please find all
sketch models in various formats here.

This is something that was only available for professional teams for a long time. Your special design will be on file at owayo indefinitely, and reordering is always available.
Special Designs are also popular amongst companies and sponsors as it allows them to better reflect their corporate identity and image.
How do I send you my 'special' design?
You can send us your 'sepcial' design as a graphic file, a drawing, a photo, or as an original product. It is only important that we understand your requirements exactly. Our service team will help create a template based on your unique design to make it ready for production.
The easiest way for us, and thus the most cost-effective way for you, is to send us your design needs in the form of graphic files in a 'vector' format. Vector logos typically have the ending eps, ai (Adobe Illustrator), or cdr (Corel Draw) fh (Mscromedia Freehand). We have also provided you our sketch templates in the standard formats under the menu item "Downloads".
More on Graphic Files
Computers can produce "graphics" in two completely different formats: vector and pixel format.
Vector Format
The advantage of graphics in vector format is that they can easily be altered & manipulated. For example, a logo in vector format can be expanded to a larger size without loosing the quality and colour. Logos created in Corel Draw, Freehand or Adobe Illustrator are typically in the vector format. Graphic files that are created with these programs typically have the ending .cdr, .eps, .ai, .fh. Vector formats are typically referred to as "curve formats".
Pixel Format
In pixel format, problems can occur when the graphics are produced in too low of a resolution quality. Pixel formats with low resolution are rather difficult to edit; colour changing, backgrounds removed, and enlarging can all deteriorate the quality. However, some pixel graphics are of high resolution and work fine for printing. Pixel files typically end the following: .jpg, .gif, .tif, .bmp, .psd.
Scanned and digital photos are also pixel graphics.
If you have further questions regarding special designs, we are of course always happy to help.
